Each week throughout the season, I will alter these values to reflect the player’s value for the rest of the season. I have made changes based on the FantasyPros ECR, results from the season so far, andThe Wolf’s Rest of Season Rankings. But for the most part, the below values should generally reflect consensus rankings. The values provided also allow for comparing player values across positions, not just within one position group.

Before going over player values, let’s take a look at the biggest changes to the trade value chart and some potential trade targets.
RISER
Week 7 didn’t exactly deliver massive “rankings altering” performances. Gardner Minshew had a great day but I don’t expect him to rush for two scores and connect with Michael Pittman Jr. for 75-yard TDs each week.
However, I would like to take a moment to highlight the play of Kirk Cousins. With Justin Jefferson on the sidelines, Cousins went to battle against one of the league’s best defenses with Jordan Addison, KJ Osborn, and TJ Hockenson at his side.
Cousins delivered a spectacular performance on Monday night. Even though he was under siege from the 49ers’ pass rush all night, Cousins was able to connect with his receivers all night long and lead the Vikings to victory.

Most expected Cousins to continue to struggle without Jefferson. On Monday night, he proved to be capable of delivering without football’s best receiver.
FALLER
When it comes to the Browns’ 230 million-dollar man, there are more questions than answers. Deshaun Watson exited during the 1st quarter on Sunday and did not return despite being medically cleared. While it appears that Watson’s nagging shoulder injury was the reason he was kept out of the game, there are still questions considering Watson was never listed on the official injury report. Watson will undergo further testing but head coach Kevin Stefanski has already said Watson would start in Week 8.
Outside of Watson’s health, he has not looked shaky while on the field. In three full starts, Watson has finished as a top-ten QB twice but also has a QB27 finish in Week 2. While Watson has had some productive fantasy performances, some of his other metrics have been questionable. At this point, Watson has a 61.7 completion percentage and is averaging 6.4 yards per attempt, both among the worst of his career.
Given Watson’s lackluster play and injury question, he is in the QB2 range as of now. Watson could easily bounce back in the coming weeks. But until there are more answers regarding his injury and how it affects his play, keep Watson on the bench.
TRADE TARGET
Depending on the size and activity of your league, Kyler Murray may be a trade target or a waiver wire priority. After reports confirmed that Kyler Murray will in fact play this season, Murray instantly became a priority waiver pickup for rosters that are lacking at quarterback.
If you don’t have a locked-in starter at QB and didn’t grab Murray off of waivers consider trading for him. Considering he has yet to take the field this season and there is no knowing how he will look, Murray can likely be bought for a low price.
Murray is a great investment for those who need a spark at QB. Murray is by far the cheapest QB with the rushing upside that he possesses. While the return from an ACL injury may limit his ability to scramble, Murray has proven that he can dominate fantasy football.
In the last two seasons, Murray has averaged 23.8 fantasy points per game in 24 active games. To put this into context, the current QB1 is Josh Allen who is averaging 23.3 points per game.
Given Murray’s recent injury and the lack of clarity on how much he will play, trading for him is risky. But his upside is clear and the risk can easily pay off if he stays on the field and maintains his rushing abilities.
